The Redwood Coast -- June 2010
Lone Ranch Beach, Oregon Coast
Sue's high-school friend Susan and her husband Yehia came through Eugene on Memorial Day,
on their way from Edmonton, Alberta to a camping trip on Northern California's Redwood Coast.
We joined them there on Thursday. They were soaked from two days of camping in the rain so we
spent one night in a motel in Eureka, the second in a rented Yurt outside Brookings, then the third
in tents, under our handy tarp in a state park near Bandon. Once again, camping in the rain.
